It's alive , alive!!!!! Video time....

So the battery is charged and he started without problems :) . The carburators still need to be synchronized and tested if the jets are right..... Can't wait to testride this thing...

We can stop....

 Today I finished the rear brake set up. Thursday  I'm gonna hook up the wiring.

Back from the trip means back to the shop. I started working on the rear footcontrols.

 

Update....

The carbs are back on...

 

 
                                          And drilled some hole in the liscence plate holder.

Fabed the liscence plate holder today, nothing fancy. Thursday I'm gonna put the carbs back on and figure out how to make te rear control set.

Seat and airfilters....

I didn't intend to work on the bike today, but Staf called that the seat was ready. So I picked it up and went to the shop to try it on. Since I was there and had some time I made the airfilters and rejetted the carbs. (pics are taken with my phone)

 

The fairing is ready

The headlight will be placed a little bit back.  Up next is liscenceplate holder and taillight.

Front fairing brackets

Made the front brackects and started on the rear brackect.

Exhaust and mufflers

I fixed the crappy headerpipes and made some  mufflers

Going to....GMM

I did some work on the exhaust and brought the seat pan to Staf. So he can make a nice seat of it.
